Roman Chimienti is an award-winning sound designer, editor and mixer based in NYC. Catering post production sound for the film and advertising communities, Roman manages everything from edit and mix for branded content to sound supervisor for feature films. 

After graduating from the Institute of Audio Research in 2007, Roman began an internship at the award winning studio Verbatim Sound Studios in New York City before joining the team as assistant engineer. Next he moved up to fill in the role of casting director at Oink Ink Radio, producing nationwide promo spots for radio and TV with clients including: AT&T, National Geographics, Staples, TNT, Home Depot & Wheel Of Fortune. 

Moving exclusively to audio post production, Roman began engineering for recognizable national advertising, online branded content, audio books, corporate promos- and a long list of film and series credits under the company name of THE END AUDIO PRODUCTIONS.

His feature film work include such titles as the much talked about documentaries “WRINKLES THE CLOWN” (2019) and “MADONNA & THE BREAKFAST CLUB” (2019), and the 2021 Shudder Network exclusives “LUCKY” and “DEATH DROP GORGEOUS”.

Additionally, Roman has tackled the roles of director and producer for the new 2020 feature documentary film “SCREAM, QUEEN! MY NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET” which has received a number of awards and nominations including:
